Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bites

Let me start by saying Kroger's Clicklist is the greatest thing that's happened to my small town in some time. The ability to pick up groceries in a fraction of the time without any hassle of fighting crowds, forgetting items, or rolling my eyes at the sights I may see - is well worth the wait. Kudos, Kroger. An added bonus? FREE CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH BITES with your Clicklist order. Sure, I'll bite. Now, I've had the Oreo bites from Arby's and it was an utter disaster - why am I trying another "bite" that shouldn't exist? Because I believe!

You have two options to cook the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bites - the oven or the microwave. Now, look, I know the oven makes everything better, but if preheating my oven takes longer than the cook time, it rarely becomes worth it. If it's in the morning and I'm running out the door for work, this is even MORE so the case. So I went with the microwave and in just 30 seconds, they go from frozen to ready (let sit 1 minute if you're a baby and need them to cool). I popped the first one in my mouth - pretty good. Nice and warm, great taste, good center. The second, wow, these are kind of addicting. I look down at my plate and there are no Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bites left. Did I just eat 6 of these while blacking out into the abyss of greatness? Maybe it's because I'm comparing these to Arby's Brownie Bites, but they are actually pretty good! Great taste, great temperature, great texture - these hit the trifecta. Will I spring for a box when they aren't free? I'm not sure, but I'm very glad I got to try them at least once!
